Faced with the challenges of day-to-day work, whether construction, production or management-related, we meet the needs and expectations of our customers, as well as the increased legal standards resulting from the concern of States and International Communities for the future of the environment.

By not forgetting the future, we ensure that we produce competitive, ecological, functional and reliable products.

In implementing this Policy, we have set ourselves objectives designed to lead Us to continuous quality improvement through:

  • meeting the legal requirements related to the operation of the company and the requirements for the equipment produced,
  • identifying the needs of customers and business partners,
  • Cooperation and sourcing of material suppliers with the required quality and a stable market position,
  • improving technical solutions by modernising machinery, infrastructure and software and introducing new technologies, materials and raw materials that are safe to use and environmentally friendly,
  • improving competences and tools in internal and external communication through training, researching and creating new channels of contact and improving existing ones using modern trends and technological tools,
  • organising workstations in a way that improves the efficiency and quality of production,
  • team action,
  • identification, analysis and elimination of significant potential risks,
  • effective change management,
  • continuous improvement of processes, raising production standards and staff qualifications, adopting and creating best practices,
  • To provide the necessary resources and conditions to implement this Policy and the organisation's objectives,
  • the consistent building of an organisational culture in which:
  • The safety of manufactured equipment and attention to the quality of products and services is a core value for all employees,
  • a sense of responsibility to perform one's own and one's immediate colleagues' duties to the best of one's ability is a core value pursued with mutual respect,
  • all employees are aware that, irrespective of the type of duties they perform, they are pursuing the same „common” objective, which is the best possible quality of the company's operations, resulting in the production of the best possible quality products and the provision of the best possible service, thus meeting customers' expectations. They also know that the effect of their work has a direct or indirect influence on the work of other employees and, ultimately, on the realisation of this goal, which is a well-served and satisfied customer,
