We are a company for which sustainability is a real action, written into our DNA. We constantly strive for excellence, keeping in mind our responsibility towards the environment and future generations.

Dear Sirs,

Systema Polska started at a time when there was no talk of sustainability yet, so we didn't think about it either. Our business activities were guided by simple human honesty and responsibility. We tried to provide the industrial hall market with heating equipment that keeps people warm and comfortable.

The most important thing for us, however, was to keep our promise that our heating equipment would be robust and reliable, and that once purchased and installed, it would provide heat for years to come. We are pleased to see that this is the case, that our heaters and radiant heaters have been heating in many halls without fail for a dozen or even more than 20 years. This is one of our successes that we can now count as ESG activities. 

Equally important to us has always been the comfort of our employees. We ensure stable employment and work in safe conditions and for a decent salary. Thanks to this, most employees stay with Systema Polska for years, many have been working with us since the beginning, i.e. since the establishment of Systema in Poland. And again, after 27 years of our work, we find out that this is one of the pillars of ESG. For us, it is simply a matter of course. 

We understand how our business and products impact the world. We are a responsible business partner, so it is important to us that this impact is as good as possible. Our values and actions are in line with the idea of sustainability. In the coming years, we want to move in the same direction: we want to change and improve, to follow what the world expects of us. But we want to leave one thing unchanged: Systema Poland will remain synonymous with reliability and robustness.
