We hereby declare that in case of an unfounded complaint, the validity of which could not be established beforehand on the basis of the complaint notification, without the presence of the service technician of Systema Polska Sp. z o.o. at the place of storage of the equipment, the notifier is obliged to pay the costs in accordance with the written service protocol drawn up by the service technician of the seller at the place of installation of the equipment. The declarant is obliged to confirm the above protocol with the signature of authorized persons immediately after its submission by the service technician. In case of unjustified refusal to confirm, a written protocol signed only by the vendor's service technician and containing unilateral costs made by Systema Polska for the handling of the complaint at the place of installation of the equipment will be binding for the claimant.

NOTE
Due to the scorching process of the radiant tubes or heat exchangers during the initial commissioning
there is the possibility of smoke forming in the room in which the installation will be commissioned.

Therefore, for the duration of the commissioning of INFRA radiant heaters in particular,
the possibility of tripping the fire-fighting system must be safeguarded. and notify the relevant services.
SYSTEMA POLSKA assumes no liability for uncontrolled tripping of the fire protection system.

No testing or commissioning of fire-fighting installations may take place on the same days during the commissioning of equipment,
which cause gas and electricity outages.
Should the above-mentioned situation arise - SYSTEMA POLSKA has the right to discontinue commissioning activities.
Commissioning at the next date will additionally payable.

NOTE
Special care should be taken when opening gas valves in front of appliances
that the pressure in the system does not exceed the permissible pressure according to the DTR of the device !
If too much pressure is applied, the valves inside the equipment can be damaged.

THE CONDITIONS TO BE MET BY THE INSTALLATION OF THE EQUIPMENT:

gas installation after leakage test,
gas system filled, vented and connected to appliances,
gas installation with the correct pressure for the appliances in accordance with the DTR,
after performing the above steps, open the gas valves in front of the appliances,
the target electrical supply to the equipment and controllers is connected,
the control system for the heaters and sensors is connected,
addressing of devices in accordance with DTR,
the flue gas/air intake installation is completed,
access to the equipment is provided by the service provider (Health and Safety equipment).
