INDUSTRY 4.0 COMING SOON

Systema Polska

In the spring of this year, Systema Polska , after receiving a decision on support from the Łódź Special Economic Zone, began construction of a production hall, which will house three new machines using Industry 4.0 technology. All machines will allow Systema Polska to introduce changes in the production process, increase efficiency and greater flexibility of our portfolio. We plan to complete the investment by the end of the year. Systema Polska, being an engineering company in the HVAC industry, places emphasis on the development of its products. It started its activities in Poland in 1998. The company's main areas of activity are Heating and Ventilation for the needs of large-volume buildings, i.e. logistics warehouses and production halls.

The product portfolio is constantly evolving, drawing on Systema's know-how in the field of radiant heating and infrared heaters and ventilation. Systema is one of the main manufacturers of gas-fired infrared heaters and gas-fired air heaters. w 80 % our portfolio consists of standard products or freely configurable from available standardised equipment components. Our products pass through all production stages, i.e. metalworking - i.e. cutting, bending, welding and sealing, then painting and assembly, including testing, before packaging. The basis of our company is people and proper work organisation. The first face of Systema are the salespeople, supported, by the marketing department, by customer service. The R&D department works on product modernisation and development.

The technology and machinery used to date definitely does not allow the company to increase productivity. This calls for a change in the machinery park. We started with an idea, developed a business plan, contacted the Łódź Special Economic Zone, received support and started the investment. Once this stage is completed, the next milestone will be the implementation of our products into the new manufacturing technology, but also a change of challenge for our entire staff. By focusing its sales on the needs of the B2B customer in the area of new investments, Systema will gain an advantage over its competitors in the transformation possibilities of its portfolio and the speed of its response to changes in HVAC.
