Construction of BAFDES

The heating element (gas burner) generates heat and transmits it to the emitter, the heating tube. The emitter transmits heat energy in the form of infrared waves, warming surfaces as well as animals and people in the room. At the same time, a built-in efficient destratifier distributes the hot air, directing it downwards. This hybrid approach ensures efficient heat distribution.

The infrared heater provides thermal comfort in designated areas. Infrared directly heats the animals' bodies, surfaces and objects in the poultry house. The air in the building is heated secondarily, taking heat from the animals, walls and floor. This heating method makes it possible to provide thermal comfort quickly and efficiently, avoiding heat loss.
