Laser cutting, bending and welding

Laser cutting of metal sheets is performed with a laser punching machine TRUMPF TruLaser 1030. Its innovation allows us to ensure the highest quality of the details we produce. TruLaser 1030 Fiber technology allows a maximum treatment area of 3,000 mm x 1,500 mm. 

We perform laser cutting of sheet metal on materials:

• black structural steel up to 16 mm thick,
• stainless steel (inox/acid) up to 8 mm thick,
• Aluminium up to 6 mm thick,
• copper up to 4 mm thick,
• 4 mm thick brass.

The following are responsible for loading automation LiftMaster 1530, which needs only 100 seconds to complete a full loading and unloading cycle, including pallet change using a synchronised loader.

Sheet metal bending at Systema Polska is performed using a bending centre TruBend Center 7030 (B34) and Amada press brakes. Thanks to fully automatic bending technology on the bending machine, we can create even complex details while ensuring high productivity. The TruBend Center offers maximum productivity thanks to the 60% increase in fill height and even shorter cycle times. A rotary workpiece manipulator and automatic loading and unloading allow us to produce fully automatically and with high productivity at bending lengths of up to more than 3 metres.

Robotic laser welding guarantees reproducible, high-quality and aesthetically pleasing production of welded parts. It is ideal for thin materials (0.5-6 mm thick) and repeatable production of medium and high series.

The system provides the ability to join materials without the use of welding wire.
