Heating of large buildings

Choosing the right heating system for a large building project involves many factors. Even after the obvious rejection of a conventional heating method, a seemingly simple issue most often requires the reconciliation of many partners involved in the project: designer, investor, developer and user.

The requirements of the standards specify exactly this temperature in large-volume rooms, depending on the purpose of the building. This is a priority for the designer. In addition, they precisely verify the performance of the equipment against the criteria contained in the EU guidelines, i.e. the EU Directive: EU Directive.

EOLO gas-fired air heaters - models

The two types of exchanger in most models allow customers to choose between a cost-effective investment and low operating costs. Air heaters EOLO BC gas-fired condensate heat exchangers equipped with fans with EC motors (they are now standard in the new EOLO family) will significantly reduce the operating costs of the facilities.

Air heaters gas are equipped with a PREMIX burner. Depending on the type of exchanger, they have capacity modulation: for exchangers with condensate discharge from 30%, and for units with built-in exchangers without condensate discharge from 60%. The new portfolio is now characterised by high combustion efficiencies, with a minimum load > 95%. The gas-fired air heaters, popularly known as pendant heaters, have been adapted to the way they are mounted and installed. Among all models, from 16 kW to 105 kW output, they are available for indoor installation (standard wall-mounted version), ceiling-mounted versions and for outdoor installation (with the new MIX designation).

It is worth noting that the EOLO MIX gas air heaters, although they have only recently entered the standard Systema Polska range, have already been installed outside Poland in Moldova. The 6 EOLO MIX 65 air heaters and the 4 EOLO MIX 35 gas air heaters with C-type mixing chambers perfectly matched the investor's requirements. This is a complete combination of gas air heaters, a mixing chamber including an external canopy, a flue stack and a prepared functional air intake in one unit.

Gas-fired air heaters - their portfolio has been extended to include fans with EC motors, giving you a choice of solutions with different fan compression ratios as standard.

All of the heaters' performance has been confirmed by tests carried out by the Oil and Gas Institute in Krakow and by the EU Type Test Certificate, confirming that Systema Polska's gas heaters meet the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/426 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016. Furthermore, the performance of most of the air heaters produced by Systema Polska exceeds the requirements of not only ErP2021.

Systema Polska offers mounting bases of the swivel, wall-mounted type as standard. Mixing chambers are available in several versions: C, D and E depending on where the air is drawn from (from below - C, or from above - D) and from the roof air intake.
