We hereby declare that in case of an unfounded complaint, the validity of which could not be established beforehand on the basis of the complaint notification, without the presence of the service technician of Systema Polska Sp. z o.o. at the place of storage of the equipment, the notifier is obliged to pay the costs in accordance with the written service protocol drawn up by the service technician of the seller at the place of installation of the equipment. The declarant is obliged to confirm the above protocol with the signature of authorized persons immediately after its submission by the service technician. In case of unjustified refusal to confirm, a written protocol signed only by the vendor's service technician and containing unilateral costs made by Systema Polska for the handling of the complaint at the place of installation of the equipment will be binding for the claimant.
