One of the criteria for the division of infrared heaters is their construction, namely the positioning of the burner and the fan in relation to each other. In the case of a single-tube infrared heater, the burner is located on one side of the radiant tube and the fan on the other, forming a straight line. Two-tube radiant heaters are the „result” of the turning of the tube, which places the burner and fan right next to each other.

Each radiant heater is equipped with a screen that focuses the electromagnetic waves downwards so that they do not fall on the upper parts of the object to be heated. Of course, a special version with an insulated screen called RBT is recommended to make the device more efficient.

Another parameter diversifying infrared tube heaters is the material of construction. The screens are available in two material versions - INOX steel (in which case we have the designation INFRA BU or INFRA BM, depending on the device design) and Aluzinc (with the additional designation AlZn - i.e. INFRA BU ALZn and INFRA BM ALZn).
We have now also introduced a version of the radiant heaters with a possible two-stage adjustment for the above-described design variants.

Infrared heaters - models

The result of this diversity in the design and construction of Systema Polska infrared heaters is the number of models. depending on the length of the tubes, we have models of 3m, 6m, 9m, 12m, 15m and 18m. In addition, most of them are available in different capacities - from 18 kW to 60 kW. For many years, however, the most popular radiator has been the twin-tube radiator in a length of 9 m and with a burner output of 53 kW.

Radiation range

One important element in the design of equipment is the range and primary incidence area of electromagnetic waves. Heating installations must be designed in such a way that the electromagnetic waves cover the human habitation area. The electromagnetic waves fall in an isosceles triangle with an angle of 60°. This principle works along the length of the infrared heater as well as in its width. Through the installation height of the infrared heaters, designers can change the area of the „primary” incidence of electromagnetic waves, adapting it to the needs of the building, within certain limits, i.e. the guidelines for the recommended installation height of the infrared heater, or the distance from the wall (so that it is not the heating area).

Revised dimensions

Infrared tube heaters are installed so that the radiation range, and thus the area of effect of the electromagnetic waves, covers the area where people are present and the temperature in the building is maintained at a level which meets the standard. Infrared heaters, however, are not the only devices to be installed in logistics centres or industrial halls. Their installation must be adapted to the safety requirements and purpose of the hall. One of the main considerations is the positioning of the infrared heaters in such a way that the sprinkler and infrared heater installations complement each other and work seamlessly under the specified conditions. Hence, the minimal change in the dimensions of the infrared heater hangers to 597 mm for the two-pipe models, the most popular, has become the ideal solution to the „conflict” between the operating area of the infrared heaters and the sprinkler installation. Now, both installations can work non-invasively.
All information can be found on the individual tabs of the website.

Rozbudowane portfolio promienników podczerwieni vs ich budowa Portfolio promienników podczerwieni firmy Systema Polska jest dopasowane do wymagań instalacji grzewczej w […]

["post-1661","blog","type-blog","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry
["GET
